Special Skills & Experience:
Assistant Director, Production Manager, Production Coordinator, Event Manager-
I have 17 years of experience in Film and TV production, over 3 years of experience with Warner Home Video (Warner Brothers Studios) DVD production (HD, Blu Ray, and Standard), 6 years in Telluride Film Festival Production and 5 years with Special Events Management for Mountainfilm Festival in Telluride. All of these positions have given me great experience with various Production aspects, working with a vast variety of people and overseeing day-to-day operations and scheduling. I have had the honor of working with many different cultures and departments globally. I’ve enjoyed working in Film/ TV production as an Assistant Director, Production Supervisor-Manager, Coordinator and Production Assistant since 1997. While managing a film/TV set that I am working on, at the time, I like to help keep the producer’s, director’s, cast and crew’s spirits high throughout the run of the shoot while running a smooth and efficient set. I have worked very closely with talent, producers, directors, and crew with planning and scheduling to help ensure that our day’s work is completed on time.
I work great under stress and am great at “putting out fires” in a very smooth and efficient way. I work hard and always go above and beyond the call of duty to assure that the job is done. I believe strongly in teamwork to complete any job tasks that are presented before my colleagues and I. I am extremely detailed-oriented and thorough in whatever task that I need to do. I also can multi-task without compromising any goal that I set out to complete. I enjoy doing research and paperwork such as schedules, reports, invoices, etc. and I am Mac & PC friendly. I am proficient in Hiring and Overseeing Crew, Purchase Orders, Call Sheets, Production Reports, Exhibit G’s, Schedules, Crew/Cast/Vendor Lists, Outlook, Entourage, Internet Explorer, Filemaker Pro, Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Google docs/Calendars and other software programs.
