Special Skills & Experience:
Annie Schlax is a member of the prestigious Producers Guild of America and the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. Her expertise is television, film, video and multimedia production. With numerous years of experience in the entertainment industry, she has worked on a variety of projects shot in the United States and internationally in such places as Belize, Costa Rica, South Africa, Abu Dhabi and throughout Europe. Her experience includes the production of reality-based, non-scripted lifestyle television programs for Discovery, HGTV, DIY, The Food Network, Travel Channel and The Weather Channel, as well as, the production of independent films, music videos, multimedia, advertisements, and web-based media. In 2015 Schlax won two Telly Awards for producing the television ad, “Upping the Ante, Up the Hill”. Schlax says her “claim to fame” is having worked on Nirvana’s Heart Shaped Box.

Currently, Schlax is working freelance offering production management services for film, video, and television. Her services are available for development, as well as, active production.
