Design and Articulation

Twenty + years experience in marketing, sales, needs analysis, conceptualization,  color consultation,  presentation, negotiation, closing deals, design, project coordination, vendor management, execution, art sales, color consultation, and execution of fine art and finishes.

Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge in mural execution i.e., trompe l’oeils, children’s motifs, landscapes, cityscapes, universe scenes, and the whimsical.
• Deep experience in design consultation and specialty applications for distinctive clientele
• Lengthy sales experience in marketing campaign design, presentation (PowerPoint and other), contract preparation, deal closing, referral/lead management and relationship building for both commercial and residential clients.
• Ownership experience in preparing commercial and residential job bids utilizing cost estimation, time and materials, margins, discounts, change orders and contract addendums.
• Diverse education background in ASID courses, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, and Art.
• Personally designed and had fabricated furniture, textiles, and home accessories.
• Supervised and lead multiple mural and faux finishing jobs and crews from start to finish (including clients in Cherry Hills/Cherry Creek /Genesee / Denver/ Silverthorne/ Vail, CO; Palm Beach/Orland/Miami/Jupiter/Tequesta, FL;  Bloomfield Hills, MI;New York, NY; and Jackson/Cheyenne, WY )
