Lisa Hartman produces and directs independent videos and films for local and national distribution, as well as works for hire.

Hartman produced and directed “U.S. Health Care: The Good News,” featuring correspondent T.R. Reid. The documentary premiered nationwide on PBS in February 2012. Described by the American Academy of Primary Physicians as “inspiring and informative, a must-see,” the film has been repeatedly broadcast by PBS stations around the country.

Hartman produced and directed “News For Kids” for NBC, more than 32 hours of educational training programs for Stenhouse Publishers, and was field producer for teacher training programs for Lavine Production Group and the CPB/Annenberg partnership.
