Cilantro Truck is a Denver area-based Organic Gourmet Food Truck that specializes in health conscious and active diets. We cater to gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, carnivorous, paleo, Gerson, and a wide range of other special needs diets. We relocated from New York City where we cooked exclusively for the Film and Television Industries there. We can easily accommodate crews of 20-200 from the catering truck and higher numbers out of our catering kitchen-commissary.

Special Skills & Experience:
We trained under one of New York City's oldest film catering companies, The Directors Catering, with over a decade of combined experience. Directors essentially invented NYC style film catering in the late 1960s working on films like The Godfather and The Conversation and eventually won the contract to serve SNL all through the '70s and '80s. They continue to excel and are unmatched in experience and reputation out east. Cilantro Truck was started by Charles Hager and Hannah Berner in 2012 and relocated to the Denver area to bridge the gap between NYC style gourmet eats and the beautiful aesthetic of the Rocky Mountain region. We would like to extend our services to the Colorado Film Commission and any and all filmmakers and photographers that require catering for their projects. Additionally, we are expanding our operation with a new catering company that will work exclusively for music touring productions and traveling film/TV productions called Odyssey Eats. We will eventually be relocating Odyssey to NYC next year but can easily travel nationwide.
