Cr-Ed is owned and operated by Jason Sedmak. Jason has been a high-level, award-winning, professional Video Editor for over two decades, and can deliver your project using his own creative direction or off a script. Jason is a passionate storyteller. He is comfortable all on his own, sifting through 80 hours of footage to find the story, or in a room full of clients. He can cruise through, digest and assemble large volumes of footage as fast as anyone you’ll meet.

Jason is both a highly creative AND a technical editor, can finish and has a wide range of graphics animation and paint chops. He is a top-level user in AVID Media Composer and After Effects, and gets along just fine in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Autodesk smoke, and the rest of the Adobe CC suite (and even AVID DS).

He is deeply knowledgeable with industry standards, workflows, vocabulary, production, and post-production techniques, equipment, codecs, plugins, decks, formats and computers, both Mac and PC. Jason also takes pride in staying current with industry trends.
